Three Bean Salad With Oil Dressing

Vegetable oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cider vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tomato juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Chives 1 Tablespoon
Artificial sweetener 1 Gram (To Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar)
Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/8 Teaspoon
Cooked lima beans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)
Cooked cut wax beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cooked cut green beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt To Taste
White pepper To Taste


In a large bowl combine oil, vinegar, tomato juice, parsley, chives, sweetener, tarragon, and garlic powder.

Add beans, salt, and pepper; toss lightly.

Chill at least two hours before serving.

Divide evenly.
