A great healthy salad

Ingredients

Carrots 1
Vegetable broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Quinoa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Lettuce leaves 3
Red cabbage 1 Ounce
Pepper 7 Ounce

Directions

1. Boil the Broth

2. Add the quinoa

3. cook on low heat for 20 minutes

4. Take out and reserve the quinoa

5. Cut the cabbage, peppers and slice the carrot

6. Mix all the stuff and add olive oil

7. Now add the quinoa mix too

8. Serve to hungry foodies
