Salad Recipe: Apple, Craisin, Walnut & Goat Cheese Salad

Fall inspired salads are some of my favorite and this is no exception! It's easy to make, screams Fall, and is very delicious! Well, as delicious as a salad can be! Right? This recipe is for just one salad, but double or quadruple to serve more.

Ingredients

Mixed baby greens 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Apple 1/2 , sliced thin
Craisins 1 Teaspoon
Chopped walnuts 1 Teaspoon
Goat cheese 1 Ounce
Vinaigrette:
Champagne vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Dijon mustard 1/4 Teaspoon
Honey 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Light olive oil 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. On your salad bowl add the greens, sliced apple, Craisins, walnuts, and goat cheese.

2. In a small bowl whisk together the Champagne vinegar, Dijon, honey, salt and pepper.

3. Slowly add in the olive oil while whisking, and add it to your salad

SERVING: 

4. That's it! An extremely easy and delicious Fall inspired salad. Serve & Enjoy.
