How To Make Crunchy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Our Crunchy Broccoli Cauliflower Salad is a great way to get your vegetables--in fact, we think broccoli never tasted so good! Raw broccoli can be totally boring but when you toss it into a salad incredible things just happen. This is the perfect side dish to add to any menu.

Ingredients

Broccoli head 1 Large , trimmed into florets
Cauliflower head 1 Large , trimmed into florets
Green onions 4 , thinly sliced
Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce , sliced (1 can)
Canned black olives 4 Ounce , sliced (1 can)
Green olives 2 Ounce , sliced
Prepared ranch dressing 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (to taste)
Black pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING:                        

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, green onions, water chestnuts, black olives, green olives, ranch dressing, black pepper and toss well.

Refrigerate until serving.

 

SERVING:                       

Serve and enjoy!
