90 Second Parmesan Celery Salad

Celery is something that people either love or hate, but we have a recipe that everyone is going to love! It's crunchy, healthy, and crisp. Great for any time of the year!


Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grated lemon zest 2 Teaspoon
Fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , divided (((1 tablespoon extra)))
Minced shallots 3 Tablespoon
Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
Celery salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Anchovy paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Celery 4 Ounce , thinly sliced (((2 bunches)))
Parmesan cheese 4 Ounce , shaved
Toasted walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Parsley leaves 2 Tablespoon , roughly chopped



In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, ¼ cup lemon juice, shallots, celery seed, celery salt, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and whisk well.

Pour over a large bowl with celery, parsley, walnuts and parmesan.

Toss well and refrigerate for 1 hour.



Serve and enjoy!
