Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad is no doubt my family's favorite Summertime meal. and is so simple on my SABER Grill. It's tasty, cool and light.

Ingredients

Boneless skinless chicken breasts 3 , sliced in half
Fresh lemon juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , chopped
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Anchovy paste 2 Teaspoon
Romaine lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tomatoes 2 (optional)
Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
For croutons:
Cubed french bread 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder To Taste
