Baby spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped watermelon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Blue berries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped cashew/Chopped walnuts 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon



1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and allow to chill.


3. Serve chilled.
