This easy salad blends together all of my favorite fall flavors: pears, pomegranates, goat cheese, and walnuts. YUM! This salad might look hard but it is so easy to make and every one will be very impressed.

Mixed greens | 100 Gram ((more or less as needed)) | |
Chopped walnut | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Pomegranate seeds | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Goat cheese | 3 Ounce , crumbled | |
Pear | 1 , thinly sliced | |
For vinaigrette | ||
Champagne vinegar | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Dijon | 1 Teaspoon | |
Honey | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt and pepper | To Taste | |
Extra virgin olive oil | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In your salad bowl add the mixed greens, chopped walnuts, pomegranate seeds, crumbled goat cheese, and sliced pear
2. In a small bowl whisk together the champagne vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Slowly drizzle the olive oil in while whisking
SERVING
3. Toss right before you're ready to eat and serve! So delicious!
