Salad Recipe: Pear, Pomegranate & Walnut Salad

This easy salad blends together all of my favorite fall flavors: pears, pomegranates, goat cheese, and walnuts. YUM! This salad might look hard but it is so easy to make and every one will be very impressed.

Ingredients

For salad
Mixed greens 100 Gram ((more or less as needed))
Chopped walnut 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pomegranate seeds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Goat cheese 3 Ounce , crumbled
Pear 1 , thinly sliced
For vinaigrette
Champagne vinegar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Dijon 1 Teaspoon
Honey 2 Teaspoon
Salt and pepper To Taste
Extra virgin olive oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In your salad bowl add the mixed greens, chopped walnuts, pomegranate seeds, crumbled goat cheese, and sliced pear

2. In a small bowl whisk together the champagne vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Slowly drizzle the olive oil in while whisking

 

SERVING

3. Toss right before you're ready to eat and serve! So delicious!
