Boiling water | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Cucumber | 1 , diced (Continental) | |
Cherry tomatoes | 250 Gram , quartered | |
Pomegranate | 1 Large | |
Chopped flat leaf parsley | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Lightly toasted sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
Extra virgin olive oil | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |

GETTING READY:
In a large bowl, combine cous cous and boiling water.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
MAKING:
Fluff the cous cous using fork.
Transfer to a large bowl and add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, parsley, pomegranate, olive oil, sesame seeds, salt, pepper and toss well.
