Light And Tangy Pasta Salad

This Light Tangy Pasta Salad is so simply to throw together, and can be served as either a side dish or a main meal. Cooked pasta is cooled and combined with tomato, celery, spring onions, shredded chicken and a light, tangy dressing. Easy to make and perfect for feeding a crowd, this recipe will become a quick favourite at your place - give it a go!

Ingredients

Pasta 250 Gram , cooked following packet directions
Cherry tomatoes 250 Gram , halved
Celery stick 3 , diced
Spring onions 3 , thinly sliced
Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Olive oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Lemon juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Barbecued chicken 1/2 , meat stripped and shredded (optional)

Directions

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomato, celery, spring onions, grated cheese, shredded chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and toss well.
