Salmon Salad

How to make salmon salad. Super easy, healthy and delicious.


Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon 1 Large , juiced and zested
Fresh dill 5 Tablespoon
Capers 4 Tablespoon
Red pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , thinly sliced
Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs) , peeled seeded and diced
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Boston lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Kiwi 1 , sliced
Peach 1 , deseeded and sliced
For the salmon
Salmon 3/4 Pound
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Lemon 1 , juiced
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Line a baking sheet with silver foil and place the salmon fillet on it. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 17 minutes.


3. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, capers, red pepper, cucumber, salt and pepper. Mix well.

4. On a large salad plate, arrange boston lettuce. Place the sour cream mixture in the center and top with salmon pieces.

5. Finish the salad by adding red onions, kiwis and peach chunks.


6. Serve garnished with toasted pine nuts.
