Granny smith apples | 5 (cored and diced) | |
Cooked beets | 3 Can (30 oz) , dice | |
Shredded carrots | 10 Ounce (1 package) | |
For dressing | ||
Red wine vinegar/Apple cider vinegar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Honey | 3 Tablespoon | |
Coarse salt | To Taste (freshly ground) | |
Freshly ground black peppercorns | To Taste |
Making
In a very large bowl, gently mix together apples, beets, and carrots. Add dressing ingredients and gently toss.
Serving
Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
