|Bacon rashers||300 Gram , chopped (about 6 slices)|
|Boiled eggs||6 , quartered|
|Spring onions||4 , chopped|
|Whole egg mayonnaise||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion salt||1 1/2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly cracked black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
In a pot, combine water, potatoes and boil for 15 minutes or until nice and tender.
In a frying pan, sauté bacon until crispy. Once done transfer bacon pieces to a bowl with paper towels and drain excess fat.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion salt, garlic powder, pepper and mix well.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, spring onions, bacon, prepared dressing and mix well.
Garnish with boiled eggs.
