Classic Potato Salad -With Bacon And Egg

Classic Potato Salad (with Bacon and Egg) is a sumptuous side dish, perfect for parties, barbecues or weekend gatherings. Baby potatoes are boiled and combined with crispy bacon, spring onions, boiled eggs and a delicious mayonnaise dressing. Serve warm or chilled, this salad is guaranteed to be a hit with everyone - give it a go!


Baby potato 2 Kilogram
Bacon rashers 300 Gram , chopped (about 6 slices)
Boiled eggs 6 , quartered
Spring onions 4 , chopped
Whole egg mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Onion salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
Freshly cracked black pepper 1 Teaspoon



In a pot, combine water, potatoes and boil for 15 minutes or until nice and tender.

In a frying pan, sauté bacon until crispy. Once done transfer bacon pieces to a bowl with paper towels and drain excess fat.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion salt, garlic powder, pepper and mix well.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, spring onions, bacon, prepared dressing and mix well.

Garnish with boiled eggs.
