Bacon rashers | 300 Gram , chopped (about 6 slices) | |
Boiled eggs | 6 , quartered | |
Spring onions | 4 , chopped | |
Whole egg mayonnaise | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Onion salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Garlic powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Freshly cracked black pepper | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
In a pot, combine water, potatoes and boil for 15 minutes or until nice and tender.
In a frying pan, sauté bacon until crispy. Once done transfer bacon pieces to a bowl with paper towels and drain excess fat.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion salt, garlic powder, pepper and mix well.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, spring onions, bacon, prepared dressing and mix well.
Garnish with boiled eggs.
