Betty demonstrates how to make Colorful Frito Corn Salad. This is a great dish for a potluck dinner.


Whole kernel corn 30 1/2 Ounce (2 cans
Red bell pepper 1/2 , chopped
Green bell pepper 1/2 , chopped
Purple onion 1/2 , chopped
Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Finely shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chili cheese corn chips 5 Ounce (Frito)



Mix all the ingredients except the chips Add the chips in before serving; otherwise the chips will get soggy. 


Serve topped with corn chips.
