|Mayonnaise||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hellman's Mayonnaise used)|
|Greek yogurt||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Vanilla flavored yogurt used)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped cauliflower||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless red grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs) , washed and sliced in half|
|Chopped kale||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Toasted slivered almonds||2 Tablespoon|
1, In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, and curry powder together.
2. Pour into the bottom of a 4 quart mason jar. Layer the other ingredients in the order given. Put the lid on and store in the fridge up to 3 days.
3. Dump everything into a large bowl and toss well before serving.
