Mini-burger Salad - Gluten Free Dinner

Learn how to make mini burgers over a delicious California inspired salad in this video co-starring my friend Ariyele!

Ingredients

Ground beef 1 Pound
Chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Mixed greens 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Thinly sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced radishes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cotija cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , crumbled ((any salty crumbly cheese))
Pumpkin seeds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((pepitas))
Avocado 1
Oil 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chili powder and mix well.

Make 8 small patties (2 diamerter). Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside.

Add greens, carrots, radishes, cheese and mix well.

Heat skillet in medium flame with oil and place mini burgers. Cook for 4 minutes(2 minutes per side).

Toss with lime juice, cheese and distribute among 4 serving plates.

Garnish with avocado slices, toasted pumpkin seeds and sliders.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
