Chicken Salad In A Jar is a healthy, fun and easy lunch idea to take with you to work or to school.

Ingredients

Organic mixed baby leaves 4 Cup (64 tbs) (any kind can be used)
Chopped bell pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped cucumber 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green onion 1 , chopped
Cubed cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Himalayan pink salt 1 Teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Raw organic honey 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl, put the organic mixed baby leaves. Add in bell pepper, cucumber, parsley, green onion and fresh oregano.

2. Add in the cubed chicken and sprinkle with salt. Add in the apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and organic honey. Mix well to coat evenly.

3. Taste and correct the seasoning as per your taste.

SERVING

4. Put the salad in a small mason jar and pack it up for lunch.

TIP

You can add croutons for added taste and texture.
