|Spinach leaves/Arugula||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raspberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) , quartered|
|Avocado||1 , peeled and sliced|
|Crumbled feta cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned rice vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
1. Line a large platter with spinach or arugula leaves.
2. Place watermelon wedges over spinach leaves. Scatter raspberries, blueberries, strawberries all across the platter.
3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad, followed by avocado slices.
4. Complete the salad by sprinkling with seasoned rice vinegar.
5. Serve fresh.
