Watermelon Berries and Walnut Salad

This video demonstrates how you can give a contemporary twist to a seasonal salad.


Spinach leaves/Arugula 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Watermelon wedges 12
Raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) , quartered
Avocado 1 , peeled and sliced
Crumbled feta cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Seasoned rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon



1.  Line a large platter with spinach or arugula leaves.

2.  Place watermelon wedges over spinach leaves. Scatter raspberries, blueberries, strawberries all across the platter.

3.  Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad, followed by avocado slices.

4.  Complete the salad by sprinkling with seasoned rice vinegar. 



5.  Serve fresh.
