Chopped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
Chopped tarragon | 1 Tablespoon | |

Mango | 1 Large , sliced | |
Chicken | 2 Cup (32 tbs) , boiled, shredded | |
Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped finely | |
Green onion | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , divided | |
Endive leaves | 8 | |
Toasted macadamia nuts | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING
1. For the dressing, in a bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, tarragon, salt and pepper. Stir well and set aside.
2. In another bowl, add the chicken along with celery, green onion and mango slices. Pour the prepared dressing on top and toss to coat well.
SERVING
3. Fill the endive boats with the salad, garnish with some green onion, mango slices and toasted macademia nuts. Serve.
