Have some left over ham? You can prepare a simple ham salad with this easy recipe. You need left over ham, mayonnaise, pickle relish, celery, white onion, and some chopped boiled egg. This is a great way to use up that left over holiday ham.


Ham 1 1/2 Pound , chopped
Chopped white onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped celery 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Boiled egg 2 , chopped
Indian relish/Pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients.



Place over some bread slices and serve.
