Dr. Ruby make quinoa and kale taste delicious!
|Curly kale||1/2 Bunch (50 gm)|
|Sprouted quinoa||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Organic red wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped scallions||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh parsley||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Organic celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Organic raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Organic dried cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raw sunflower seeds||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a large bowl take kale, sprouted quinoa, organic red wine vinegar, chopped scallions, fresh parsley, organic celery, organic raisins, organic dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and extra virgin olive oil.
2. Mix everything well. Add lemon juice and mix that as well.
3. Plate it up and enjoy this one bowl meal.
