Summer Salads - Chef Harman Singh

Chef Harman Singh, a Mumbai-based chef shows us how to prepare quick and easy summer salads.

Ingredients

Iceberg lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chopped
Water chestnut 2 Tablespoon
Cubed bell pepper 2 Tablespoon (all three color)
Diced cucumber 2 Tablespoon
Paprika grilled pineapple 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients along with 1/4th cup of dressing and toss well.

Drizzle with remaining dressing and toss again.

SERVING

Garnish with some more pineapple and parsley. Serve and enjoy.
