Unpeeled cucumber 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) , cubed
Chopped pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs) (palak)
For curd and celery dressing
Low fat curd 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (dahi)
Chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1 Teaspoon



Mix all the ingredients for dressing together.

Combine all the ingredients along with the curds-celery dressing in a deep bowl and toss well.


Serve immediately.
