Fresh greens with a splash of perfectly balanced dressing.
|Romaine lettuce||1/2 Pound , torn and dried well|
|Grapes||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cucumber||1 , peeled partially and sliced|
|Fresh herbs||1 Tablespoon , finely chopped|
|Ground mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly cracked peppercorns||To Taste|
|Chili flakes||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Ice syrup||1 Tablespoon|
|Extra virgin olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
1. Place the lettuce on a serving plate. Arrange grapes, cucumber slices and nasturtium flowers on top. Sprinkle the herbs over the greens. Put the salad aside.
2. Whisk together mustard, cracked black pepper, chili flakes, ice syrup, verjus and extra virgin olive oil. Taste and adjust the seasonings to you liking.
3. Take some salad, drizzle desired amount of seasoning on top and serve immediately.
