How to Make Romaine Salad with Cucumbers Grapes and Nasturtium Flowers

Fresh greens with a splash of perfectly balanced dressing.


Romaine lettuce 1/2 Pound , torn and dried well
Grapes 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Cucumber 1 , peeled partially and sliced
Fresh herbs 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Nasturtium blooms 6
Ground mustard 1 Teaspoon
Freshly cracked peppercorns To Taste
Chili flakes 1/2 Teaspoon
Ice syrup 1 Tablespoon
Verjus 2 Tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon



1. Place the lettuce on a serving plate. Arrange grapes, cucumber slices and nasturtium flowers on top. Sprinkle the herbs over the greens. Put the salad aside.

2. Whisk together mustard, cracked black pepper, chili flakes, ice syrup, verjus and extra virgin olive oil. Taste and adjust the seasonings to you liking.


3. Take some salad, drizzle desired amount of seasoning on top and serve immediately.
