Assorted fruits | 4 Cup (64 tbs) (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and peaches as needed or any fruits) | |
For sauce | ||
Sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
Miniature marshmallow | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
MAKING
For Sauce:
1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, flour, eggs, and marshmallows. Stir constantly and cook over low flame just until the mixture bubbles.
2. Remove the saucepan from oven and let the sauce cool slightly.
SERVING
3. Serve salad into small sherbet dishes and top each with sauce.
