Potato and Peas Salad

Baby potatoes and green peas what a luscious and pleasant treat to the palate! A mild, pleasantly-flavored dill sauce transforms a simple salad of peas and potatoes into an exotic delicacy. While the focus is on the dill, the lemon juice plays a very important role in the dressing, providing a welcome tang to the Potato and Peas Salad, making it a perfect summer fare!


For dressing
Chopped dill leaves 2 Tablespoon
Beaten curd 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Fresh cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt and ground black pepper To Taste
Other ingredient
Boiled baby potatoes 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , peeled
Boiled green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For garnish
Chopped dill leaves 1 Tablespoon



For Dressing:

1. In a bowl, combine dill leaves, curd, lemon juice, cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.



2. In a bowl, combine baby potatoes, green peas, and dressing. Toss well and season with salt if needed.



3. Garnish with dill and serve!
