Vegan Tuna Salad

On this episode Dr. Ruby shows us how to make raw tuna salad using sunflower seeds and dulse (seaweed).


Sunflower seeds 2 Cup (32 tbs) , soaked
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Dulse 2 1/2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Veganaise 1 Tablespoon
Stone ground mustard 2 Tablespoon
Flax seed oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Celery stalk 1 1/2 , chopped
Chopped red onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Mix together dulse, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Drop in a food processor.

2. Also add sunflower seeds and garlic to the food processor. Blend it all well.

3. Take out the contents in a bowl and drop in veganiase, stone ground mustard, flax seed oil, chopped parsley, chopped celery and chopped red onions. Fold everythin together.

4. Drop in tomatoes and mix it well.


5. Serve with chips or crackers or wrap it in a lettuce and enjoy.
