Grilled Potato Salad Recipe

Another fabulous grilled side dish recipe from my friends over at Klondike Brands Potatoes. Taking potato salad in a new direction by grilling the potato salad just before serving. This recipe has great flavors that will please every potato salad aficionado!


Potatoes 2 Pound , scrubbed and quartered (((Klondike Medley potatoes)))
Bacon 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , cooked and crumbled
For dressing
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Brown mustard 1 Tablespoon
Green onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Salt & pepper To Taste
Cayenne pepper 1/4 Teaspoon



1. Preheat the grill.



2. Boil potatoes until al dente. Cool them down.

3. Grill the bacon until nice and crispy.

4. Put up the dressing, by mixing together mayonnaise, brown mustard, green onion, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. 

5. Coat the potatoes with the dressing. 

6. Carefully place the potatoes on the grill grates and grill them on each side for minute and a half.



7. Garnish with crumbled bacon and serve it hot or cold.
