Louisiana Style Hot Links & Classic Potato Salad

More additions to your 4th of July menu! Here are some great Louisiana Style Hot Links from Silva Sausage Company. These hot links don't need a lot. Grill them up just until they plump up and then dress them up the way you like. I like them plain so I can actually taste the spices of the hot link. Also check out my Classic Potato Salad recipe. Red potatoes 2 1/2 Pound , cut into ¾ inch cubes
Celery 3 Tablespoon , finely diced
Green onions 2 , finely diced
Baby bell peppers/Green bell pepper 2 , finely diced
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dijon mustard 3 Tablespoon
Sweet relish 5 Tablespoon
Granulated garlic 3/4 Teaspoon
Grand diamond all purpose seasoning 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 3/4 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Boiled egg 2 , chopped
Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)



1. In a pot, place the potatoes, cover with water and cook until tender. Using a colander, drain.

2. In a large bowl, place potatoes, celery, green onions, bell peppers, mayonnaise, relish, garlic, grand diamond seasoning, salt, pepper and boiled eggs, mix well, refrigerate for about 2 hours.



3. Serve with grilled lousianna style hot links.
