Betty demonstrates how to make Creamy Cucumber Salad. This is a great summer salad that is quick to fix and does not heat up the kitchen!
Cucumber | 4 Cup (64 tbs) , slice | |
Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Chopped onion | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
White pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, chopped onion, salt, sugar, and white pepper. Mix well.
2. Add sliced cucumbers and toss until well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
SERVING
3. Serve chilled with parsley garnish and enjoy!
