GETTING READY
For Low-Calorie Thousand Island Dressing
1. In a bowl, combine hung curd, ketchup, chili sauce, sugar, mustard powder, onion, capsicum, green chili, salt and milk. Mix well.
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, capsicum, carrot, celery, apple, orange, and raisins.
3. Add Thousand Island dressing and toss well.
SERVING
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

1 cup of low-fat curd gives ½ cup of hung low fat curd.
