Potato 4
Celery 1 , sliced
Onion 1 Small , chopped finely
Hard boiled egg 2 , chopped
Dill pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
Dill pickle 6
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Mayonaisse 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Egg slices 5
Paprika 1/4 Teaspoon



1. In a pot, place the potatoes, cover with an inch of water and boil for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are fork tender.

2. Peel and dice. In a large bowl, place the potatoes, add celery, onion, egg, dill pickle relish,  dill pickle, salt and mayonnaise, mix until wel combined.



3. Garnish with egg slices, season with paprika, refrigerate for sometime and serve.
