Skinny Fruit & Cheese Snack

Heres a new sophisticated twist on an old healthy snack that even kids will love. I guarantee it! (Ok, I cant guarantee it, but its really good.)

Shannon Vetere is making her third (and hopefully not final) appearance in a BexLife video and sharing another one of her tasty, easy, and healthy recipes.

This tasty snack will literally take you less than 3 minutes to prepare and even less time for the grateful recipients to devour. Enjoy Shannons version of a classic treat: Not-Your-Mothers Ants on a Log.

Ingredients

Celery stalk 4
Goat cheese 3 Tablespoon
Chopped walnuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red seedless grapes 12 , halved

Directions

MAKING

1. Cut celery into half to make 8 pieces.

2. Spread about 1 teaspoon cheese in the crevice of each celery stalk.

SERVING

3. Top the cheese layer with grape halves, chopped walnuts and serve.
