Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Bananas | 1/2 , peeled and sliced in half lengthwise | |
Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cinnamon | 1 Tablespoon | |
Warm rum | 2 Ounce |
Place bananas in melted butter in top of chafing dish, directly over flame.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Saute until lightly browned on both sides.
When soft but not mushy, add heated rum and ignite.
