Bananas Au Rum Flambe

Butter 2 Tablespoon
Bananas 1/2 , peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Warm rum 2 Ounce


Place bananas in melted butter in top of chafing dish, directly over flame.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Saute until lightly browned on both sides.

When soft but not mushy, add heated rum and ignite.
