Great appetizer! It's never to early to start finding easy recipes for the upcoming holidays. These are easy and delicious.
Tortilla | 4 Large | |
Asparagus spear | 8 , blanched | |
Red bell pepper | 2 , julienned | |
Garden vegetable flavored light cream cheese | 4 Ounce |
MAKING
1. Spread the cheese evenly on top of the tortillas.
2. Place 2 asparagus spears and 3 piece of red pepper strips on top of each tortilla.
3. Roll the tortillas tightly within a saran wrap.
4. Place inside refrigerator for overnight or at least a half an hour, before using.
SERVING
5. Bring out of refrigerator, cut into 1-2 inch slices and arrange in a large serving plate. Garnish with additional red pepper strips.
