Who doesn't like pizza? Excatly. . . No One! Here is a great recipe that you can make with your kids that both of you will love. Were there any left overs?
Whole wheat pizza dough/White pizza dough | 16 Ounce | |
Broccoli florets | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , cooked and chopped | |
Mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded | |
Pizza sauce | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated |
MAKING
2. Sprinkle some flour on a flat surface and knead the pizza dough to soften it. Divide it into 16 even pieces.
3. Combine broccoli, mozzarella and pizza sauce in a mixing bowl.
4. Roll each piece of dough and stuff a tablespoon of cheese mixture into those rolls.
5. Put these balls on a greased pie plate.
7. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle parmesan cheese over it.
8. Pop it into the oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
SERVING
9. Serve it with sauce or pasta.
