Lettuce Roll Ups

Lettuce leaves 6 Large
Bean sprouts 60 Gram (1 Cup)
Mangoes 2 , peeled and chopped
Canned sliced water chestnuts 260 Gram , drained
Finely chopped preserved ginger 2 Teaspoon
Finely chopped mint leaves 2 Teaspoon
Low fat mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
Low fat yogurt 1 Tablespoon (Unflavored)


1.Tear lettuce leaves in half lengthways.

Toss together sprouts, mangoes, water chestnuts, ginger and mint.

2.Combine mayonnaise and yoghurt.

Fold through mango mixture.

3.Place a spoonful of mixture on each lettuce leaf.

Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick.
