Betty demonstrates how to make Spinach-Ham Rollups. This is a great side dish, and it is hearty enough to use as an entrée.

Ingredients

Thin slices cooked ham 8
Frozen chopped spinach 2 Packet , cooked and well
Sour cream 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Dried onion 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Cream of mushroom soup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Croutons To Taste
Melted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grated parmesan cheese To Taste
Paprika To Taste
