Smoked Salmon Pinwheels - 12 Days Of Christmas

This is not your regular ho hum pinwheel. Make Salmon rosettes to top a cream cheese and salmon rolled pinwheel slice and garnish with caviar and parsley. This tastes as gorgeous as it looks.


Smoked salmon 150 Gram
Bread slice 4 , sliced horizontally
Cream cheese 4 Ounce
Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Parsley leaves 1 Tablespoon ((to decorate))



Make rosettes by rolling salmons and set aside in a tupperware.

Chop remaining salmon and add it with cream cheese and parsley.

Spread over bread and roll with cling wrap tightly.

Refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight.

Uncover the wrap and slice.

Assemble as shown in the video.


Serve and enjoy!
