Homemade Pizza Rolls

Super easy pizza roll! Pizza dough filled with cheese, salami and mushrooms, rolled up then baked and sliced for a quick dinner or appetizer!

Ingredients

Pizza dough 16 Ounce
Flour 4 Tablespoon (for rolling)
Italian herbs 1 Teaspoon
Provolone cheese 4 Ounce
Sliced salami/Pepperoni /proscuitto 2 Ounce
Sliced mushrooms/Baby spinach leaves /olives / peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Marinara sauce/Pizza sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for dipping)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

 

MAKING:

On a floured surface, roll the sough as shown in the video.

Sprinkle herbs and arrange cheese, meat and vegetables.

Roll as shown in the video and place on baking sheet.

Pop into oven and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and cut into 1” slices.

 

SERVING:                       

Serve with sauce and enjoy!
