Flank Steak Pinwheels

This yummy recipe would become your instant favorite! Easy to make and delicious!


Flank steak 1
For marinade:
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Red wine vinegar 4 Tablespoon
Italian seasoning 4 Tablespoon
Worchestershire sauce 4 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 3 Teaspoon
Pepper 2 Teaspoon
Season salt 2 Teaspoon
For stuffing:
Chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , sauteed
Bacon 8 Ounce , cooked, chopped ((1 package))
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , chopped
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper jack cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



In a ziplock bag, combine flank steak with olive oil, red wine vinegar, seasoning, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, salt and allow to marinate overnight.

Preheat weber grill to 325°F.



Spread the flank steak and top with sautéed onions, bacon, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper jack cheese.

Roll and tie with kitchen twine as shown in the video.

Place on grill and cook for 1 ½ hours or until internal temperature 135°-140°.

Allow to rest for 15 minutes and slice the meat.
