A delicious pumpkin fritters.
Pumpkin paste | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Boiled mashed potatoes | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Corn meal/Corn flour | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Chickpea flour | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Besan) | |
Chopped onion | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Chopped cilantro | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Ginger paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
Red chili powder | To Taste | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Oil | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (For Deep Frying)) |
MAKING
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine them well.
Divide them into even sized balls.
Deep fry the balls till they turn golden.
SERVING
Serve them hot with sauce or chutney
