Pumpkin Potato Croquettes - Pumpkin Fritters or Balls

A delicious pumpkin fritters.


Pumpkin paste 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Boiled mashed potatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Corn meal/Corn flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chickpea flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Besan)
Chopped onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ginger paste 2 Teaspoon
Red chili powder To Taste
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (For Deep Frying))



Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine them well.

Divide them into even sized balls.

Deep fry the balls till they turn golden.


Serve them hot with sauce or chutney
