Scrumptious Strawberry Cream Rolls - Cream Horn

Cream Rolls or Horns are super easy to make. With this recipe you do not have to have even molds. Once you have rolls/horns baked, store them in a air tight container and fill anytime you want with your favorite! My favorite flavored cream is Lemon, Strawberry, Vanilla, Chocolate, or combination of chocolate Strawberry, Nutella Strawberry....possibilities are endless! Don't forget to sprinkle some powdered Sugar on top for little more sweetness since Puff Pastry is not sweet.


Puff pastry sheet 1
For cream filling
Unsalted butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , softened
Cream cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , softened
Whipped cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
Strawberry jam 1 1/2 Tablespoon



Cut puff pastry into strips using a cutter.

Roll the puff pastry strips on the prepared tubes or cones. Brush it with water and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Place it in the oven to bake, once they turn a little brown, take them out and let them cool completely

For the cream filling, combine the softened butter, cream cheese and sugar, fold in the whipped cream.

Add the strawberry jam and swirl it around.

Put the cream filling in a piping bag.


Remove the tubes/cones from the roll carefully. Fill it with the cream filling


Serve it immediately or store it and serve later.
