School is almost out for the summer!!!! You ready : ) It's time to stock the pantry with healthy snacks starting with these natural strawberry fruit roll-ups! A kid favorite! This strawberry fruit leather is easy to make, requiring only 1-2 ingredients, all natural, healthy and a great way to use up fruit! You could even sneak in some spinach or kale to make veggie-fruit rollups!


Fresh strawberries 1 Pint , diced
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (enough to sweeten)
Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (as needed) (Optional)
