Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Eggs 3
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Boiled rice 450 Gram (1 Pound)
Peas 50 Gram (2 Ounce)



1. In a bowl lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of the salt.

2. In a preheated wok, heat the oil lightly scramble the eggs.

3. Add the rice and stir to make sure that each grain of rice is separated.

4. Add the remaining salt, peas and MSG (if using) and blend well.


5. Serve Egg Fried Rice accompanied by vinegar chili and soy sauce if desired.
