Rice flour 1/2 Kilogram (Raw)
Parboiled rice flour 1/2 Kilogram , parboiled
Black gram flour 1/4 Kilogram
Coconut 1
Salt To Taste
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)


1. Mix both the rice flour, gram flour and salt, and make a dough using coconut milk or water. Leave it for about 12 hours.

2. Make small balls and roll like poories. Fry in hot oil.
