This is a quick and easy recipe for pork fried rice, made with
pork and cauliflower.
Cauliflower | 4 Cup (64 tbs) ((Riced)) | |
Chopped carrots | 2 Tablespoon ((DonT Use If On Induction)) | |
Egg | 1 | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , chopped | |
Onion | 1/2 | |
Green onions | 2 ((For Garnish)) | |
Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ground ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon ((Or Chopped Finely)) | |
Pork | 1 Pound , sliced thinly | |
Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon |
Add the olive oil to the pan on medium heat
Add the garlic and cook about 30 seconds
Add the pork and stir fry for about 8 minutes.
Add the onions and stir fry for one minute.
Add the chopped carrots and stir fry one minute.
Add about 6 broccoli florets and stir fry about 30 seconds more.
Add the cauliflower and stir fry.
Add the sesame oil and soy sauce.
Stir fry for about 4 minutes more.
Move the fry rice over to one side of the pan and add the egg and scramble the egg.
Add the 1 tsp of oil and add the egg is scrambled mix in with the cauliflower rice.
