Beef ribs 2 Pound
Bbq sauce 3 Tablespoon
For rub
Kosher salt 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Paprika 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chipotle chili powder 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Ground black pepper 2 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 2 Tablespoon
Onion powder 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Remove fatty membrane from beef rib. Trim off the hard fat if any. Wash and pat it dry.

2. For rub, in a small bowl, mix together salt, paprika, chipotle chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar.

3. Sprinkle rub over beef, and spread evenly on all sides.

4. Put it in a zip lock pack, pop it in refrigerator, and let it rest for a couple of hours to soak the flavors from spices.

5. Place beef ribs on smoker, cover it with lid and cook for about 4 hours or until done.

6. Baste ribs with sauce in the last 45 minutes of cooking. Remove from heat, and let it rest.

7. Cut and serve with salad.
