Prime Rib Dip Sandwich

This weekend I fired up the Weber Grill and smoked a Prime Rib Roast for some killer Prime Rib Dip Sandwiches.

Ingredients

Prime rib 2 1/2 Pound
Salt lake rub 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Au jus 1 Cup (16 tbs)
French roll 1
Provolone cheese slices 2

Directions

MAKING

1. Preheat grilL about 275F.

2. Coat the prime rib with the rub and place on the grill, cook until the internal temperature reaches 130F.

3. Cut the meat into slices. And soak in au jus for 3 to 4 minutes.

4. Lightly toast the french roll. Pile some of the meat, arrange the cheese slices and cap with the upper part of the bread. Dip into the au jus once again.

 

SERVING

5. Serve with your choice of dip.
