Onion Cheddar Quiche

Treat your guests with this simple and delicious French delicacy!

Ingredients

Diced bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs) (125 mL)
Asparagus 1 Cup (16 tbs) , diced (250 mL)
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 mL)
Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs) (175 mL)
35 % whipping cream 3 Cup (48 tbs) (175 mL)
Eggs 4
Flour 1 Tablespoon
Onion seasoning 5 Tablespoon (Club House Onion Plus One Step Seasoning)
Frozen pie crust 160 Gram (1 crust)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F or 230 degree C.

MAKING

2. Place a large skillet over medium heat and saute bacon for 3 minutes or until crisp.

3. Add asparagus and cook for 1 minute. Cool mixture and reserve.

4. In a large bowl combine cheese, milk, cream, eggs, flour and seasoning.

5. Add bacon mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.

6. Into the pie crust, pour the mixture and pop in oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake for another 30 minutes.

7. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

SERVING

8. Serve and enjoy!
